In the plateau it is semitropical with lower tempertures and humidity; and temperture in the mountains. There are two seasons that el salvador has, A RAINY SEASON AND A DRY SEASON. The temperture rarley falls or rises more than 10 degrees year round. When visiting the Lowerlands you should plan to pack lighter clothing.Also plan to bring an umbrella for both the lowerlands and plateau, if you go during the wet months. If you plan to visit the Plateau, you should pack heavier clothing because of its lower tempertures and not much humidity.
